About Paul

Paolo Naccarato is a Canadian Certified Professional Ergonomist (CCPE) through the Canadian College for the Certification of Professional Ergonomists (CCCPE).  The CCCPE is endorsed by the International Ergonomics Association (IEA) as the only recognized certifying body in Canada.  He is highly skilled in analyzing worker-workplace interfaces for optimum fit developing tools and programs for a wide range of industries.

In over 30 years of experience working in a vast array of workplaces including corporate offices, manufacturing, public services, health care, oil and gas, forestry, aviation, and correctional facilities to name a few.  This work span has led to over 7,000 workplace assessments throughout Canada that includes office and industrial assessments settings.

Paolo’s knowledge gained through the Worker’s Compensation Board Alberta analyzing tasks and processes in developing programs and solutions for proactive and reactive cases including designing new tools, offering cost-effective solutions.  This experience allows Paolo to take seemingly complex factors presenting them in an easy to understand.
