About Paul
Paolo (Paul) Naccarato is a Canadian Certified Professional Ergonomist (CCPE) through the Canadian College for the Certification of Professional Ergonomists (CCCPE). The CCCPE is endorsed by the International Ergonomics Association (IEA) as the only recognized certifying body in Canada. He is highly skilled in analyzing worker-workplace interfaces for optimum fit and has developed tools ad programs for a wide range of industries.
Paul has 30 years of experience and has worked in a vast array of workplaces, including corporate offices, manufacturing, public services, health care, oil and gas, forestry, aviation, and correctional facilities, to name a few. He has conducted over 7,000 workplace assessments across Canada in office and industrial settings.
At the Worker’s Compensation Board Alberta, Paolo analyzed tasks and processes, developing programs and solutions for proactive and reactive cases, including designing new tools and, offering cost-effective solutions. His experience allows Paul to present complex factors in easy-to-understand ways.
