ErgoGuy Inc. is based in Edmonton, Alberta. This policy covers personal information collected through this website. Information gathered during an assessment or training engagement is handled as agreed with the client for that work.

• Contact form: your name, phone number and email address, plus your company, service of interest and message if you provide them.
• Email and phone: whatever you choose to share when you contact us directly.
• Technical information: your IP address and browser details, which our server may record to keep the site secure and to prevent spam.
• Website analytics: we use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to show us how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and general location.

Please don't include health details or other sensitive information in the contact form. We can discuss those another way if needed.

We don't sell your personal information or use contact form details for marketing lists.
